Foods we ordered were delicious, the service from our waiter Jake was great. He checked on us frequently to see how things were going during dinner and service was quick. The restaurant had a casual atmosphere which was nice and relaxing! Overall, JCS was good!

I placed a take out order and was able to use my Landry's club birthday reward which is awesome. I ordered the East coast platter and it was delicious. They packed everything I could possibly want for condiments and the food was hot and amazing. I had never eaten there before and now will definitely make it a stop for lunch or dinner! The place looks awesome and the staff were very nice including the manager! Looks like a fun place to hang out and eat great seafood.

We definitely took advantage of the fact that we're staying right next to a Joe's! The husb is a Landry's member so we figured, LET'S GO! We were craving seafood! The husb wanted to try the fried Cajun snow crab. He said it had lots of meat. He also said it was tasty. I had shrimp and seafood ensemble, tasty as well with the coconut shrimp sauce and tartar sauce. Our server, I think her name is Nikki, was very helpful and courteous. It was a very lively place, we came late so there weren't many customers. The employees were having lots of fun. We'll be back whenever we're in the area. It's close to Disneyland. Also it closes at 11pm on Saturday nights, not 10pm as stated in the hours of operation on Yelp.

Came in to Jo's crab shack today, the bartender recognized me, mind you I have only been there one other time and she served us, but she was phenomenal. Great recommendation, fabulous service and delicious food. Jessica is wonderful, she is sweet and you can tell she enjoys her job. I'll be back to visit! Thanks

Food was great, Michelada was super tasty. Our food did take quite a while to come out but the restaurant was very full and the bar was definitely understaffed.

I wish I got her name but the hostess the night we went to Joe's Crab Shack was so friendly!! We got seated immediately and service was honestly great. It had been a while since my last visit but definitely can't wait to be back soon!! I had the Lobster tails - two super flavorful lobster tails with a side of butter, steamed broccoli with jasmine rice! (Everything was cooked to perfection). Although it got pretty busy while we were there, our waiter constantly checked in and made sure everything was good. 10/10 for me!! Friendly staff, clean restaurant, delicious food!!

The boyfriend and I often stay at the Marriott Suites across the parking lot from this location. Until the last few months, we had never wandered into Joe's due to my boyfriend's shellfish allergy, but he wanted to try other things on the menu, so we started going this summer. I'm glad we did! I won't eat any of the shellfish, when I go with him, as I don't wanna potentially give him a reaction, so I try other items on the menu. Lately, that has been the fish and chips. Wow, this dish satisfies. Three big crispy pieces of fish and a ton of crisp fries. I enjoy their clam chowder. The boyfriend has gotten the fish and chips, too. (He can't eat it all!) Recently, he's been getting a special chicken dish. I can't remember the name, but something like Joe Mama's chicken. It wasn't even on the the special board recently, but they made it for him. Lately, I've been enamored of their hushpuppies. So frickin' good. Service here is usually top notch. Food is served quickly. There seem to be so many young people as hostesses, up front. Why do they need so many? Table areas are clean. Bathroom, meh. Always has a funny smell. It gets a little loud in there. There are often big groups in there.

It's been years since I've been to Joe's CS. Ours closed out here in Rancho Cucamounga so it was nice to see one still in operation. Part of the Landry's select group it's an easy choice for some perks. The menu had a wide selection apart from the crab boils. Nice portions great for sharing and exchanging mid meal. We enjoyed our choices and had a feast. Service had that home town feel with great hospitality. Still holding true to the themed restaurant. The paper towel roll at the table and bucket to toss everything into, wooden floors, fish and nets like coming aboard a fishing boat. There's a gift shop at the entrance and playground area for the kids that need to get the wiggles out. Plenty of parking with ramp entrance for those needing assistance.
